An iOS logbook for the people's daily endeavors —
activity, nutrition, vitality, and the coffer,
stamped onto the same well-thumbed page.
Section II — The Departments
Every day flows through the same four bureaus. Dictated stamps each one onto a single page so nothing falls between the cracks of a dozen specialist apps.
Your daily step mandate, the week's output, every endeavor logged with hatched precision.
Calories as allotment. Macros as ration. Hydration as brigade. The body, fortified by directive.
A readiness index for the working frame. Sleep, heart, HRV, weight — all stamped, all in one place.
Reserves remaining. Sectors allocated. Today's ledger and the long arc of the five-year plan.
The body is the people's machine. The day is its labor. The logbook is how we keep faith with both.★ Excerpt — Dictated Doctrine, Article I ★
Section III — The Numbers, Stamped
No social feed. No streak-anxiety dopamine machine. No data broker on the other end of the wire. Just a small, sharp tool for filing the day.
Section IV — The Procedure
Dictated borrows nothing from the modern tracker's anxious choreography. You open the book. You make a mark. You close it.
The central star opens the report sheet. Pick the department — Move, Fuel, Vital, or Coffer — and you're at the form in one tap.
Big numerals. Quick-set chips for 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250. A serif line for a note. No drawer, no nested screen.
A hatched crimson button. A clean stamp. The entry appears in today's ledger, the mandate ticks closer to fulfilled.
Section V — Anatomy of a Page
Every page is a stamped sheet. Mandate at the top. Directive in italic serif. Output below in hatched bars. Hard rules between.
A poster, not a dashboard. The mandate is large; the directive is plain; the week's output is a row of hatched bars. Nothing flashes. Nothing confettis. The page says what is, and you close it.
Free to download. No accounts to register, no premium to dodge. The logbook is open — bring your week to it.
Section VI — Inquiries
File the form below for further inquiries. Plain answers, plainly stamped.
No. Dictated runs on-device by default and reads only what HealthKit hands over. No accounts. No cloud ledger. If you back up, the iPhone backup carries it.
Free. No premium tier, no in-app subscriptions, no ads. We would rather ship a small honest tool than rent your day back to you in monthly installments.
iPhone first, with iPad support at launch. Apple Watch complication is in the queue. Android and a web companion are on the roadmap, in that order, when the iOS book is fully bound.
It's a stylistic register, not a politics. The propaganda-poster voice keeps the app small and pointed — and reminds you the mandate is yours, signed by you, in your own hand.
Steps, heart, sleep, HRV, weight — straight from HealthKit, with your permission. Finance is manual at launch; bank connections come in a later cycle, opt-in only.
English, 中文 (Simplified), and 日本語 ship at v1.0. The kickers stay English-monospaced on every locale — they're part of the visual system, not the copy.
